I get really, really (embarrassingly) emotional at the thought of Gimli and Legolas. Especially at the end of the books.

As I was clicking the link in the fills thread, I thought "this name looks familiar" and I realized that you had also written that marvelous Gimli piece on Thorin's kingly gift. I feel spoiled having two great Gimli and Hobbit related pieces.

What a great, sad story. I really enjoyed it.
