2) Oh hey, you found a couple of good lembas recipes! There are many, ranging from wretched to excellent. When I was little, trying to mimic lembas was fairly popular among hippies, so we took various versions on hiking trips. I favor the ones made with high-energy tropical nuts like macadamia or Brazil nuts.
