Lucifer/Sam! I LOVE Lucifer/Sam! I have a soft spot for Gabriel/Sam as well (that's my pairing for this year's Angels Radio) although - like you said - anyone who makes him happy, and definitely Dean/Castiel <3 Since we like the same pairings, do you have any recs?
MPreg always struck me like it should be a bit terrifying, especially in worlds where it just happens to this-one-couple because of magic/pollen/mad scientists/reasons. So that's why I wrote it that way XD
