Dear Mystery Author,
Thank you so much for signing up, and I hope that you enjoy writing for me. I'm really looking forward to receiving your fic, and I'm sure that I'll absolutely love it.
I'm not very fussy about what I read, but under the cut there are a few specifics.
First off, on a general note, my squicks are non-con, abuse of any kind, and extreme angst (of the suicidal kind). I really, really can't read them so I'd appreciate it if you avoided them as much as possible. Apart from that, I'm very much an anything goes kind of person. I don't have any major kinks, but domestic fluff and character introspectives are my favourites.
I like most AUs. I'm not overly fond of gangster or band AUs, and I won't touch high school ones, but if you feel like you need to write an AU for one of these fandoms then go nuts.
Harry Potter
As you might have noticed from the request list, I adore the Black family. I love how dark and twisted and fascinating they are, and I would love something that explores that. That really goes into their lifestyle and family politics and traditions, as well as how they justify having lovers 'less pure' than themselves (if they have them at all).
In regards to Sirius, I don't think his decision to run away and leave his family was as easy as the books made it out to be. So if you wanted to explore that, or write some conflicted!Sirius, then that would be awesome.
Good Omens
I'd kind o like to see something set aftr the book with the Horsepersons recovering. Maybe Famine and Pollution find and help each other; maybe an older Pepper seeks out War by becoming a soldier or a mercenary. Or maybe you could do something about all the times Adam met Death.
Supernatural
This is where I admit that - due to a long period without a TV or a decent internet connection - I haven't seen past Season 5. I'm working on catching up, but it's probably easier for you to either go AU or tag something to an episode Seasons 1-5.
I'd love to see something exploring the supernatural elements that a non-human lover would bring to a relationship. Or maybe something where one of the pairs doesn't know they're dating a demon/angel until it's too late and they're already emotionally invested. Maybe Crowley and Bobby get to know each other before Season 5 (or have an alternate Season 6 - fyi, I know the spoilers for Crowley's real name and being King of Hell and that's about it); maybe Lucifer possesses Sam straight out of the Cage and ends up being drawn to Nick regardless; maybe Michael takes the time to get to know Adam either in Heaven or in the Cage.
