I'd love to see something where Shang Qinghua either tries to intervene in the plot for his own sake, or is forced to by OG!Shen Qingqiu, only for Luo Binghe to fixate on him completely. Either way, I'd like Luo Binghe to be absolutely obsessed by Shang Qinghua and how they look similar and have the same hair, and be utterly devoted to him, while Shang Qinghua is panicking over the deviation from canon (he didn't mean to screw the plot up this much!) and trying to do anything that means he won't die.
Plus points for vaguely godly powers on Shang Qinghua's part or the System deviating to include whatever scant notes that he had on Heaven and the divine ancestry of Heavenly Demons.

Wei Wuxian/Wen Ruohan
Wen Ruohan recognising Wei Wuxian as his as soon as he lays eyes on him (fond memories of Canse Sanren and Wei Changze both?) and becoming determined to have him for his abilities, for having a son capable of decent leadership, whatever. Except, for whatever reason, it's easier to convince the Jiangs to hand him over as a spouse rather than because of their hard to prove biological connection.
Wei Wuxian/Wen Xu
Raised as a Wen!Wei Wuxian being his gege's favourite. Make this as twisty and co-dependent as you like, with Wen Xu and Wei Wuxian being utterly fucked up and devoted to each other. Taking childhood promises to marry too seriously, perhaps?
Nie Huaisang/Nie Minjue
Again, if you write for this pairing, then I'd love to see something twisted and co-dependent, with Nie Minjue being intensely possessive over his tiny, outwardly-frail baby brother while Nie Huaisang is willing to fight god to keep his da-ge alive and in his bed.
Jiang Cheng/Wei Wuxian
I like the idea of Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian deciding as kids that the easiest way to resolve Wei Wuxian's exact placement with the Jiangs is for them to marry. So they make promises as kids that lead to very co-dependent and slightly screwed up behaviour: as far as they're concerned, they're practically married already.
If you want to make them biological half-siblings, with Jiang Fengmian as Wei Wuxian's bio-dad, then feel free! It can come out later and absolutely horrify people when it turns out that neither of them care.

I have an unreasonable love for this pairing. I'd like for their relationship to be something long-standing, perhaps originating from their teen years where they were the only people who really understood each other. You can absolutely play into the whole "morals are for other people" issue that they both have going on, especially if you decide to have their relationship discovered at some point.

Kurama | Shuuichi Minamino/Shiori Minamino
I'd love to see Kurama seducing his human mother. Maybe youko don't have much of an understanding of parental love, so his developing affection for her is purely romantic - which he then decides to act upon to keep her as his own. I'd like to see Shiori very conflicted at first, especially when it comes to weighing up having her son hate her versus having him love her in the wrong way.
In this universe, does Kurama tell her that he's secretly a demon? Does that ease her mind at all? Or make her even more worried? I'd like for Kurama to still call her "mother" and play off that during sex or other forms of intimacy.
