Author's Notes: Written for the prompt Harry Potter - Bellatrix/Narcissa - sinister on [livejournal.com profile] femslash100's Drabbletag5.

There’s a sinister curve to Bella’s lips as she leans in close to her sister, and Druella doesn’t like it. She doesn’t like the way whatever she says makes Narcissa blush red and bite her lip, and hide a giggle behind her fan. The laughter catches the Malfoy boy’s attention, and he stares at her youngest daughter in awe for a moment, and that is something Druella does approve of, but Bellatrix sees it too and she shifts, deliberately, blocking his view.

Blocking Druella’s view.

Whatever happens next, she doesn’t see, but she catches a glimpse of Narcissa’s face as her daughters leave the party together. The flush is still there, darker; her eyes are bright with laughter. Her fingers are curled contentedly around Bellatrix’s wrist, and her oldest daughter is as radiant as the star she was named for.

Druella’s lip curls, disgusted. Her daughters are beautiful in love.

Ooohweee :D These are some sinister thoughts :D I love that you used Druella's POV and that you mentioned a FAN <3 Gosh, that Scene is so awesome ... I didn't even have the slightest idea of a plot when I posted the prompt, but you managed to amaze me (as always :3).

Thanks so much for sharing ^^

Fans are sexy XD I have no idea where Druella's POV came from, but I liked it. This is actually the second drabble I wrote for this prompt (I loved it and absolutely couldn't resist), but I thought it fit better.

Thanks for the prompt! I'm glad you like the result <3

Absolutely awesome use of Druella and the prompt! There's so much character here, so much written between the lines, incredible work as always! ♥

Thank you <3 I'm really glad you liked it. I have no idea where Druella came from as the narrator for this, but I'm so glad that she worked out.

....Is she jealous maybe, because she does not feel love like that? I mean, besides the obvious reasons of not approving! This whole drabble was wonderful, thanks for sharing!

I hadn't thought of her being jealous! I was looking more at her disapproving, particularly of them acting like that in public, but yeah. Now you mention it, she could be.

I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for the comment!
